Acknowledging the fact that a Muslim female in education is generally frowned upon, Raylla embarked on a journey to educate herself not knowing where it will take her, but firmly believing it was a risk she was willing to take. 

As a business consultant Raylla has undertaken several projects in the UK and overseas, working with international and multicultural teams to provide solutions to individuals, entrepreneurs and established companies.
